LA.lv: The key challenges of the labor market in regional areas

At the end of 2024, SIA "EcoLead" CEO Kaspars Fogelmanis appeared on the TV24 program “Press Club” to share his insights on the key challenges facing the labor market in regional areas.

“We are based in Kalnciems – an industrial town with a rich history. While manufacturing here is well-developed, the population remains limited. The issue isn't just the lack of people but also a lack of motivation. We need to focus on reshaping society's value system, fostering motivation, and demonstrating that work can be an essential and fulfilling part of life,” says Kaspars Fogelmanis.
